Saffron’s Garden is a small business that is gearing up to grow. For the next three months, we need someone to manage the packing processes on-site over 3 days a month and then for the rest of the month to help with customer relations- this can predominantly be done remotely and is of a flexible part-time nature.
Duties:
- Oversight of box packing processes
- A customer contact for new sign-ups, changes in delivery, follow up of payments etc. Tracking parcels from sender to receiver.
- Assistance in general day to day operations.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills
- Good people skills
- A drivers licence
- An understanding of Google docs
- A strong understanding of social media.
Salary: R10 000 per month.
